Grace would like to make cookies again on Wednesday, and she’d like them to be something other than the maple cookies we made before (tell me I posted that recipe, please).
I may fall back to a basic chocolate chip recipe, but I’d kind of like to do something really new. Any requests for something you all would like to see here?
Also, anyone know a good proscuitto recipe in the cookbooks we’ve got up so far? I’d really like to eat some, but I’d feel a bit gluttonous if I just bought half a pound and ate it straight.
I’m looking for a soft vanilla cookie recipe, or a molasses one. So, you could find me one of those! 🙂
Alternatively, something thin and lemony and crunchy to go with a cup of tea.
Oddly, I was leaning toward molasess cookies myself. I don’t know if I have a cookbook recipe for them.
Until then, however, tide yourself over with the recipe below, because it’s really good.

When I’m making cookies, I favor recipes with very few ingredients–less for me to mess up, baking wise!
The Cuban lime cookies I spoke to you about earlier today are online at “Taste of Cuba”:http://www.tasteofcuba.com/torticasdemoron.html
Those sound really tasty!
