A few Thanksgiving photos.

Hello, all!

I figured that as we’re looking at the tale-end of the Thanksgiving weekend, I’d skip ahead a little bit and share a photo or two of what we were eating on Thursday.

Sadly, digging through my photos, I don’t have as many photos of the whole process as I thought I did. So as I post the recipes, there may be some recipes that are sparse on the photos. I apologize for that.

Anyway! On to the photos.

Grace & Young told us that these ribs are a popular party dish in Korea, though they are modified from an older party dish. The thinner ribs are part of the newer recipe. They’re called LA Ribs (LA something Ribs?) because Koreans who lived here in the US brought home these modifications.

And, more importantly, they are DELICIOUS. I’m going to have to learn how to make them.

The cranberry sauce in that lobster jello mold was delicious. Unfortunately, it didn’t retain it’s shape the way it was supposed to.

The turkey. It’s beautiful and was super tasty, though slightly dried out. Tragic!

It was a FEAST! This is a lot of food for four people!
